These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

PRIZE: Subject to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, during the Promotion Period (as defined below) of the "Win a Trip to play against @CarlosR!" (this "Promotion"), We Are Nations Limited. (the "Sponsor") will give one (1) winner (the "Winner") the following prizes (each, a "Prize", and, collectively, the "Prizes"):
There will be one first place winner (the "First Place Winner"). Sponsor will award to the First Place Winner, the following:
- Two (2) round trip economy flight tickets to Berlin from a city in the United Kingdom or European Union;
- Hotel Accommodation in Berlin for two (2) people for up to two (2) nights (one twin or double room at a hotel selected by the Sponsor);
- A visit to Riot Studios in Berlin to watch the G2 League of Legends Team in Action
- Meet and Greet with the G2 Team
- Play League of Legends 1-1 against Carlos “ocelote” Rodriguez

THE TOTAL MAXIMUM VALUE OF THE PRIZES AWARDED TO THE WINNERS DURING THE PROMOTION PERIOD WILL VARY BASED UPON THE VALUE OF THE AFOREMENTIONED AIRFARE AND ACCOMODATION BUT, WILL BE, IN ANY EVENT, LESS THAN €5,000.
PROMOTION PERIOD: This Promotion begins at 5.00pm. British Summer Time on June 17th, 2019 and ends at 11:59 p.m. British Summer Time on June 24th, 2019 (the "Promotion Period").
HOW TO ENTER: Subject to the "Conditions of Entry" below, there are four (4) ways to enter. You may enter this Promotion on Sponsor's Website, Facebook, Instagram or by regular mail. All entries must be received by Sponsor by 11:59 p.m. British Summer Time on June 24th, 2019. Only one entry is permitted per person.

You may also enter this Promotion by mail by doing the following: on a plain 3" x 5" card, legibly handprint or type your name, complete street address, city, state/region/county, post/zip code, daytime telephone number, age and email address and mail the letter to: Win a Trip to Play Against CarlosR! Illegible and incomplete entries are void. We Are Nations Limited is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, postage due, misdirected entries or entries not received.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: No purchase is necessary to enter or win this Promotion. This Promotion is open only to natural persons who (i) are legal citizens of the United Kingdom or a member country of the European Union, (ii) are eighteen (18) years of age or older and (iii) have agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Employees and/or agents of Sponsor or G2 esports (and/or its subsidiaries, affiliates and/or divisions) and of agents of Sponsor or G2 esports (and/or its affiliates, subsidiaries and/or divisions) and their respective affiliates, parent organizations, subsidiaries, divisions, trade partners, advertising and promotion agencies and associated marketing firms and other vendors and the respective immediate families of such employees, including household members, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of each Winner.
No cash or other alternative prizes are available in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value at the Sponsor’s discretion.
The prizes in whole or in part are non-transferable.
Passports and Visas are the responsibility and at the cost of the prize winner. The Sponsor or G2 esports shall not be held responsible if the prize winner or any of the travelling party failing to obtain the required travel documentation.
There is no cash alternative or refund available for unused portions of the prize.
Comprehensive travel insurance is included in the prize; however, it does not cover pre-existing medical conditions. In the event that cover is not granted an equivalent cash allowance will be provided so adequate cover can be sought. This will be the prize winner’s responsibility and proof of insurance will be required prior to departure.
All travel arrangements offered are at the discretion of the Sponsor. Any requests relating to airport, airlines or hotels cannot be guaranteed.
The prize winner and their party (where applicable) are responsible for and must comply with any health advice / regulations / inoculations required by the destination country. Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the prize winner and their selected travelling party (where applicable).
For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include travel to and from the home to the airport, gratuities, meals or other travel expenses unless otherwise stated, or any other costs of a personal nature not expressly stated for winner and guest.
The final experience package offered will be at the discretion of the Sponsor and G2 esports.
All experiences and travel are subject to availability. The prize must be taken in full and within one trip. For the avoidance of doubt there is only one travel destination available for the winner and guest(s).
ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible entries received.
CONSENT TO PUBLICITY AND USE: Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, each entrant by acceptance of a Prize grants to Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates and assigns the absolute and worldwide right, license and permission and consent to use, in any manner or media whatsoever, such entrant's name, voice, photograph (including on Promotion Websites and/or other social media sites maintained by Sponsor and/or any of its subsidiaries and/or affiliates), biographical information (including, without limitation, hometown and state), email address and/or likeness for any promotional and/or publicity purposes Further, each entrant grants to the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates and assigns the right to sublicense the rights, licenses, and permissions and consents granted to Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and assigns by the immediately foregoing sentence. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary foregoing in this paragraph, but only to the extent the applicable laws of a particular jurisdiction prohibit the foregoing right, license, permission and consent from being effective in perpetuity, the term of such right, license, permission and consent shall continue through December 31, 2022. In no event shall Sponsor, G2 esports, Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram or any of their subsidiaries, affiliates or assigns have any affirmative obligation to remove any materials (including, without limitation, Winner's name, voice, photograph, biographical information, e-mail address and/or likeness) from any media whatsoever (including, without limitation, any web site or social media site), whether such media is under the control of Sponsor, any third party or any of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates or assigns.
SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF EACH WINNER: Subject to these Terms and Conditions, a designated official or a third party designated by Sponsor will select the First Prize Winner by means of a random drawing from among all eligible entrants on or around June 25th, 2019. The Winners will not be required to be present at the time the Winners are selected.
On or around June 25th, 2019, the Winner will be notified by email. Each Winner must claim his or her Prize within seven (7) days after the date of Sponsor's first notification attempt, which shall be the first date notification is sent if by email. The Winner must claim his or her Prize in the manner indicated in Sponsor's notification of such Winner. For the avoidance of doubt, each Winner must continue to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
If a Winner fails to claim his or her Prize within the seven (7) day period of time, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, or fails to meet the requirements hereof, such Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Winner, randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries, at Sponsor's sole discretion, will be contacted. Sponsor's decisions with respect to the Winner and other matters pertaining to this Promotion shall be final.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE WINNER: The Winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability for Participation, Publicity and Use (the "Affidavit") as a part of determining the Winner's eligibility to win his or her Prize and, prior to, and as a condition of, each Winner’s acceptance and use of his or her Prize. If a Winner's Affidavit and all other documents required by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, are not completed as specified, are not received by Sponsor within seven (7) days of notification, or, after Sponsor's receipt of the Affidavit from that Winner, that Winner is found to be an ineligible entrant, that Winner's entry will be disqualified and an alternate Winner, randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries, at Sponsor's sole discretion, will be contacted. Sponsor will issue his or her Prize to the Winner within four (4) weeks of Sponsor's receipt of the Affidavit and such other documents from such Winner.
TO RECEIVE WINNER NAME OR TERMS AND CONDITIONS: To request the names of the Winners or a copy of these Terms and Conditions, mail your request, along with a self-addressed stamped envelope to Win a Trip to Play Against CarlosR! Promotion, c/o We Are Nations Limited, Suite 2E Sinclair House, 11 Station Road, Cheadle Hulme, Cheshire SK8 5AF. Please specify whether you are requesting the names of the Winners or a copy of the Terms and Conditions. Requests for the names of the Winners must be received by Sponsor at the address above by July 19th, 2019. Requests for a copy of these Terms and Conditions received more than ninety (90) days after the end of the Promotion Period will not be honored.

FACEBOOK, TWITTER, and INSTAGRAM NOT A SPONSOR: This Promotion is in no way promoted by, endorsed by, administered by or associated with Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
The Sponsor is not responsible for the acts or default of third-party suppliers but will endeavour to resolve any issues that may arise.
The Sponsor’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters.
If, for any reason, any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Sponsor may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the competition or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor and which prevents the Sponsor from complying with these terms and conditions the Sponsor will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
Any use of robotic, mechanical, automatic, programmed or like methods of participation will void each entry made by such methods. One entry per person or per household. Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible or damaged mailed entries. Any attempted form of entry into this Promotion other than as described in these Terms and Conditions, and any incomplete entry, is void. Entries that are in violation of these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified. Should Sponsor suspect or determine actual or attempted (i) fraud, tampering, impairment or disruption of the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Promotion or (ii) violation of these Terms and Conditions, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant, or suspend or prohibit the participation of any person, who Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, is responsible or otherwise involved with such acts.
The Sponsor, G2 esports and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
This promotion is subject to English Law and the entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts.

Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current data protection legislation.
